Jeremy Baird
Director
Dungannon man Jeremy Baird comes with a wealth of experience, previously owning and operating the successful 'Managemint' Letting Agency in Belfast and Lurgan, becoming a well known figure within the industry. He had grown the letting agency to become a recipient of the UK Property Award, for best Letting Agency in Northern Ireland in 2011, before the company merged with one of the largest property agencies in Northern Ireland.
Outside of the business Jeremy enjoys Rugby and the odd game of golf.
Ross Rafferty
Negotiator
Ross holds a degree in Real Estate from Ulster University and is an Associate Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Prior to joining Baird Real Estate, he gained valuable experience working within the estate agency sector in Belfast for five years, developing a strong knowledge of the property market and industry practices.
Outside of his professional role, Ross has a keen interest in farming and manages his own beef cattle farm, reflecting his strong connection to the local rural community.

I'm passionate about clear communication, personalized service, and ensuring that every client feels supported whether they're investing in property or looking for the perfect place to call home.
Patricia Pastula
Patricia is currently studying BSc (Hons) Communication, Advertising and Marketing at Ulster University Belfast and is undertaking her placement year here at Baird Real Estate.
She supports the team by managing social media, marketing, and advertising efforts, while also assisting with day-to-day office tasks.
Outside of work, Patricia enjoys spending time with family and friends, walking her dogs and travelling!
Jacqueline Martin
Jacqueline has been working in real estate for over 30yrs. Initially dealing with all aspects of estate agency including sales , marketing and finance before specialising in letting.
She enjoys dealing with landlords and tenants and is an experienced problem solver and the most experienced member of our team.
